With guidance we will show you how to amend you asanas, as and when necessary, and introduce special poses for pregnancy and exercise to prepare for an easy delivery. Even if you have never done yoga before, you will find practicing the simplest poses improves your fitness and well-being, while the relaxation, breathing and meditation help you to handle the whole process, from conception to birth and afterward, with greater assurance and calm. Your practice will not only contribute to an easier labor, but also help you to handle any eventuality calmly, from deep recourses of strength and energy.
